Moselle Tennis Open

From Saturday, September 18 2010 to Sunday, September 26 2010

Metz Arena is once again hosting the Moselle Tennis Open. This ATP tournament is the biggest sporting event to ever be held in the East of France.Games will be played on a "Greenset", a surface which is greatly liked by players. It is made from chipboard panels measuring 22mm thick which are assembled together to form a giant surface measuring 700m² (one for centre court and one for court no. 1). This surface is then covered with a layer of paint. Each court also has to be coated with 900 litres of resin, applied in three successive layers.The Moselle Tennis Open is one of the flagship events of the new sports season in Metz, in the Moselle region and beyond.
